Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to be flexible. However, last-minute cancellations or reschedules can leave our technicians without work for that time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. While we no longer charge a cancellation fee, frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings. If you are unable to provide at least 3 hours' notice or are absent when the technician arrives, we may not be able to accommodate rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for our team’s time.
