Please read all Rules & Descriptions carefully before booking.

Rules:

  • No extra guests, kids, pets, etc.

  • A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK

  • The remaining balance of your service MUST be paid for IN CASH the day of the appointment.

  • Check email for address

  • For same-day appointments, please dm me first, once I confirm, book your appointment, & select “Emergency Appt.” add-on

  • Masks are required or I cannot complete the service. You can purchase one from me for $3.

  • Please be on time! I do understand things happen so all clients are given a 10 minute grace period but you must communicate with me somehow, if you don’t say anything I will consider it as a No-Show. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged an extra $10. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will not receive a deposit refund.

  • No Call No Show = No future appointment & A result of a charge of 50% of the amount of your appointment

  • Service times shown on website aren't accurate, they vary based on hair type, length, etc. Please don't book on a day that you will be busy.

  • I would not allow you to book with me if I wasn't confident in my craft. Please let me know if there is anything you want me to do before you leave out. If you tell me that you're satisfied with your hair, then I will take your word for it. Anything that happens after your appointment is out of my control, respectfully.

  • I do not work over others' work. All lace closures/frontals MUST be untouched, product-free, & HD/Transparent.

  • Please bring hair 3 days before the date you book the install for coloring/bleaching

  • Customized wigs take 3-5 days to make. If you want a wig made but no install, the date you book the "Custom Unit" for is the date & time you must drop off the hair. I will call/text you when the wig is ready to be picked up.

  • If you want a wig made & installed, you must bring the hair 3 days before your installment date.

  • Drop off all units/frontals/closures at least 1 day before your appointment date. Email me what time/day you wish to drop it off to assure that I’m at the location.

  • What you book is what you will get, so be sure to include any add-ons & feel free to email me a picture of your desired look/color (linlucciano1@gmail.com) with your name in the subject box.
