Here is some information on becoming a Buddy and how it all works.

• Every Buddy is an independent contractor, just like if you were providing a sitting job at home, only as a Buddy you will be caring for kids and/or families at a theme park or a resort hotel.

• BGB is a booking service that provides families connections to amazing sitters like you and our duty is to make sure that families can find qualified people to watch their littles!

• BGB's ONLY fee is the $45 deposit, which is collected by clients to complete a booking.  ALL other fee's collected go straight to you!  

• A BGB will create and/or manage their schedules and services so you have every bit of flexibility you need to make this a daily job or a side gig.  

• All BG Buddy's will have a personal page within the site which includes your credentials, information about yourself and your experience and anything you wish to share with potential families.  You can also post your payment preferences to clients so they know how to pay you.

• Buddy's make on average $25-$35 an hour an up.  This number changes on how many hours a client books you for, if you were tipped etc...  Buddy's keep 100% of all money collected at the time of the service.  If your service is booked for 3 hours for one child, you will make $25/hr (without tip), but if your client booked you for 6 hours, your average hourly increases to $32.50 an hour (without tip).  Basically, you keep everything you collect on the day of your service.
